Yali, the guide character, smiling and waving

Twenty minutes
that counted.

Learning they love. Progress you can see.

Words, letters and numbers in Hebrew and English, through a fun, hands-on game that lets children try things out and learn on their own.

Developed with educators, the game lets you, the parents, follow your child’s progress, see what they already know, and know what to keep practicing together.

All learning starts with curiosity

Each level meets one thing — a letter, a color, a word — in four short games. Every game your child finishes fills another box.

  1. Meet it

Yali shows something new, big and clear, and says its name. Then your child finds it — so every level opens with a win.

  2. Match it

Connect what belongs together: a capital to its lowercase, a color to an object, a digit to a quantity. Drag or tap — the hands help the head remember.

  3. Remember it

A memory game: turn cards over and find the pairs. It comes once the thing is familiar, to strengthen it, not to test it.

  4. Know it

Yali says it, and your child finds it alone, with no example on screen. This is where you see what they already know.

So what comes back to you is not a score, but a clear picture of what your child already knows and what is worth practicing next.

What Yali teaches

Six subjects, in English and in Hebrew.

  • ABC
  • Numbers
  • Colors
  • Shapes
  • Words
  • Clock
  • Yali's home screen: six subject tiles, ABC, Numbers, Colors, Shapes, Words and Clock, with Yali beside them
  • An ABC activity: Yali points at the letter s, and the child finds it among three letter cards
  • Matching letters: the child has connected a lowercase s to a capital S, with a and A still to pair
  • A numbers activity: Yali points at the digit 1, and the child finds it among 0, 1 and 8
  • A colors activity: the child finds red among brown, gray and red
  • A shapes activity: the child finds the circle among a circle, an oval and an arc
  • A words activity: Yali says "dad" in a speech bubble, and the child finds dad among grandpa, a fridge and dad
  • A clock activity: the child finds 12 o'clock among three clock faces

Every child at their own pace

Mistakes are part of the game. A wrong card fades away or slides back, with no buzzer and no countdown. Yali says what it was and asks again, and every question ends in a success.

What is hard comes back, game after game, so it can become familiar. Your child moves forward one success at a time, at their own pace — and a level once open stays open.

Learning and growing with Yali

Yali is with your child in every game. She says every instruction out loud, so nobody needs to read, and she celebrates every right answer. When your child finds what she asked for, she says the name again — “Yes! That’s milk!” — so the word stays. And every right answer earns a star.

Independent learning. Peace of mind for you.

No need to sit beside them, explain anything or prepare a thing. Your child picks a subject, and Yali does the rest.

  • See the progress

The parents’ area shows which words, letters, colors and shapes your child already recognizes, and what is worth practicing next. And once a month there is a picture of what they achieved — to send to the grandparents.

  • A clean place to learn

No ads, no banners and no pop-ups in the middle of play. And it all works offline: on a plane, in an elevator, in the waiting room.

  • Children first, not payments

Your child never sees a price, never meets locked content and is never asked to buy anything. Money and settings sit behind a parent gate.

  • Your child’s privacy matters

There is no advertising identifier in the app, and your child’s name never reaches us. What is sent, and why, is set out just below in plain words.

Questions parents ask

  • What ages is it for?

Ages 2–9+. You choose your child’s age group at the start, and the content fits it.

  • Does my child need to read?

No. Yali says every instruction out loud and your child answers with a tap. Nothing in the game needs reading.

  • Do I need to sit with them?

You don’t have to. Your child plays alone and Yali explains everything. What happened is waiting for you in the parents’ area.

  • Does it work offline?

Yes. Every game and every sound is on the device, and it all works in airplane mode.

  • Hebrew or English?

Both. You choose what Yali teaches — Hebrew, English or both — and which language she speaks. Progress in each language is kept separately.

  • How many children can use it?

Up to five on one device, each with their own profile and progress.

The honest version of the privacy claim

We never receive your child’s name, and gameplay data is never sold or used for advertising.

As your child plays, Yali sends what happened — a level started, an answer given, a level finished — to Google Firebase, which runs our analytics. That is how we find out where children get stuck and which pictures mislead. No name, no voice, no advertising identifier, nothing sold and nothing passed on to anybody. We look at all children together to improve the app, never at one child.

Your child’s first name is typed on the phone and is never transmitted to us — not in the events above, not to a voice service, not anywhere. It travels with your own phone backup, and on iPhone with your own iCloud, which is your Apple account and not ours: storage in your account is a different thing from transmission to us. And this website has no form on it, and nowhere to type an address.
